My husband runs the other way when I say "pork chops", because it brings to his mind a greasy awful Pork Chops and Rice dish his mom used to make. But he loved this recipe! They were flavorful, juicy, and there was no fat in sight! I look forward to being able to eat pork chops more often now that your recipe has changed his concept of pork chops! Thanks Paula!!!!!

These pork chops are divine!!!!! Crispy, golden brown and moist. I don't usually like to eat pork chops, and I've tried a lot of different recipes for pork chops - this way, I think, is the best. I love the crispiness of the pork chops in from that delicious coating. I also love how buttermilk is used in the dredging process instead of eggs. It makes for a simpler dredging process. Definitely try these pork chops out. You'll love chewing these down to the bone. They don't disappoint.

I made these chops tonight and they were GREAT!! My whole family loved them, I let them soak in the buttermilk for about an hour and I pan fried. This is a keeper

Just made them. Absolutely the best pork chops I've ever had! I made a few changes I fried them in butter instead of oil and I used Milk & an egg because I didn't have any buttermilk on hand & I seasoned them with Goya's Adobo all purpose seasoning instead of seasoning salt. They came out delicious, very moist and tender. Paula does it again. =
