I followed the recipe exactly as it states and there was none left. I cooked for me and my boyfriend and his two college buddies.. and this is the first time that all of the porkchops were completely gone.. There is not even a crumb left! Thank you Paula..

I made these the other night, and they were the best pork chops I have ever had!!! I let them sit in the buttermilk for about an hour, and while 2 were cooking, I had the other 2 sitting in the flour mixture totally covered. It was about 3 to 4 minutes on each side for cooking. My husband and I destroyed them!!!! Will for sure make again soon!!!! Tiffany---Elkhorn, WI

I made this last night for my fiance. He loved it! Said he hadn't had pork chops like these since his mom made them when he was younger. Instead of using the house seasoning, I used salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Deep fried for 6minutes and they turned out perfect! Thanks to all the other reviewers for their helpful tips!

It was the best fried pork chops I ever had. I made a mistake and used too much of the seasoning, not looking that I was only suppose to use 2 tsp in the whole recipe. I used a bit too much and it was way too salty. I looked back at the recipe and saw that I was only suppose to use 2 tsp. I had a long hard day and was exhausted. Even with the extra salt, it was very good, just a bit salty. My boyfriend is laughing right now at me and I feel like a fool.

Only thing I changed was I used Kentucky Kernel flour instead of the all purpose. Turned out very nice! Thanks again Paula!

This recipe is wonderful! I followed the directions to the "T" and everyone loved them. Although, I only added 1/2 the amount of salt. In addition, I added a little garlic salt and powder and these chops were "finger licking good!" We were in "Hog Heaven!"

I made this twice this week!! This is so good. I seasoned my chops lightly with the season all, and no salt. PERFECT!! LOVED IT!!! So did my family

I made this tonight and it came out great! Very easy to make. Instead of making the house seasoning, I just added salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste in the flour and on the chops. Worked great!

I always love Paula's recipes, but this one was just too salty. I don't blame Paula.I love Paula's recipes, but I was so embarrassed at my dinner party... I could see the look on my friends' faces and wanted to crawl under the table. Ya live and learn.
