I have made this blue cheese dressing several times. Everyone who has tasted said it was the best blue cheese ever. It is so good I am unable to buy store bought blue cheese I make this weekly. Thanks Paula for another GREAT recipe.

Such a delicious salad! In my family we eat most of our salads with oil and vinegar so this was a nice change. The dressing was tangy and creamy, and it went well with the mixed greens and especially the red bell pepper. Will definitely make again!
