Mighty good bar!!
The crust could've been divided into 2 8x8 pans but other than that it was so smooth, rich and creamy. I'll definitely make this dessert again. :

No one can convince me that the Food Network's budget doesn't include an editor for these recipe pages. Good grief, with all the complaints about this recipe being wrong, I would think they'd fix it. WHY!!!???!!! I plan to make these (haven't yet because I am a lemonholic. Thanks to all of you whose comments I read so I know what changes to make. More butter, more lemon juice and some lemon zest. My sweet tooth has just never been quite as sweet as Paula's......and mine is way up there! COME ON FOOD NETWORK EDITORS.......DO YOUR JOB.......this could tick some people off at Paula and she doesn't deserve it......PLUS it's danged expensive to have to toss a dish........which of YOU has paid for BUTTER lately? And lemons (where I live run about 70 cents a piece. I can't afford your mistakes. THANKS

While the bars taste very good, I was disappointed with the texture. They were not solid, as a bar should be.

I wathced this episode and the crust looked nothing like what was in my bowl so thankfully someone had made comments on here about it being wrong so THANK YOU! I also used 2 8x8 pans and it was perfect!

This was so easy and fun. I cannot believe how rich and decadent it turned out to be. It reminds me of all of the expensive lemon bars I've purchased at professional bakeries and restaurants. Yummy!

the deal of some ingredients of this recipe is not so perfect. 2 cups flour maybe should with 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup is too short for crust.

I used the recipe from her book, but when my family tried them they insisted that I make more. I'm on batch number two and we're trying to pace ourselves.

thanks to all the reviews that stated the recipe was wrong and to add 1 stick of butter and 2 more eggs. I did exactly that and was so happy that I did! once altered, the recipe was delicious with a nice crusty topping. I loved it!

Made this and think the recipe should be checked. The crust made too much for the pan suggested. It was "hard" not crisp.
The topping was good but still not usable over that crust...too bad. As a rule I LOVE Paula's recipes!!!
