ABSOLUTELY delicious!! I made 4 dozen for 15 people and not one was left! The family loved these so much they requested I make a second batch today! Recipe is prefect as is! The glaze is prefect and not too lemony! Prefect Christmas dessert! These will be a family stale from now on! Thanks Paula & Food Network! MeRrY cHrIsTmAs!

I made these to take to work for Christmas treat day, and ended up printing out and handing out copies of your recipe. They were the rave! So easy, and the glaze is too yummy for words. I give this 10 stars! Thanx for sharing your wonderful recipes! Merry Christmas.

love this made it for my co-workers... but next time I think I will try BUTTER in the glaze mix not oil....I also used a cookie scoop to measure the cake batter into the mini muffin pan... worked great....

EASY!!!!!!! i changed mine 2 chocolate & divided the glaze into halves, making 1 a coffee glaze & the other an orange glaze. took them to a party! POOF! they were gone! :

These are incredible! Very simple to make with amazing results. I gave half of this to my dad and step mom. When I took them over, I was only there for about 30 minutes. By the time I was leaving, they only had half of theirs left! Those two were inhaling them lol. They are so good I have to have a little self control myself. LOVE THEM!

I saw Paula make this on her show today and HAD to make it tonight. I improvised by making yellow cake from scratch and used Vanilla pudding instead of Lemon. I put more lemon juice into the glaze to compensate. Cup cakes were DE-licious!
