WOW! If there were six stars I would have chosen it. Added one pound of thinly pounded chicken breast and one pound sauteed shrimp. Also, made a roux to thicken it up slightly. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone, especially if you like a brighter more colorful taste. Fun to cook too, especially with mom and dad. Recipe is now in the 'cook again' folder.

Well this is a first for me. A "diet" Paula Deen meal. I say diet because I followed the recipe exactly as is, except I used whole wheat pasta, light butter and fat free sour cream. I also added some halved grape tomatoes and spinach to bulk it up. It tasted GREAT!! I'm a new cook so others are careful to try my dishes, but my mom had it for dinner and she now trusts me around the kitchen. The only part of the dish I felt was a LITTLE bit off was the lemon, not sure if I used too much zest of lemon juice but it felt a tiny bit overwhelming, but I love lemon so it wasn't a big deal. Definitely will be making this more often. Very quick and easy to make!!!

Made this recipe for family that was visiting. Everyone raved about the fresh bright taste of it. It has become a staple in our household.

I loved the flavor of this dish but I am glad I was the only one eating it because it didn't look as pretty as it should. I think this is mostly my fault but I'm not sure. The sauce is very dry and lumpy. Could I have added the sour cream over too high of heat? Other wise tasted great with one of Giada's Salmon with Citrus Salsa yum! I'll give this sauce another try hopefully it works out better!

I was watching Paula's show a couple of weeks ago, not knowing what I was going to make for dinner and saw her making this very simple pasta dish. I thought, hey I've got all those ingredients on hand right now.... I think that's one of the best things about this pasta dish. You probably have everything you need to make it on hand, it comes together in a snap, you can up or downsize it in a minute, and it was super tasty. I did not have linguine but had the corkscrew pasta and it worked beautifully. The second time I made it, yes, I've made it twice since (! I had fresh basil around and used that. With the fresh lemon and lemon zest it was just delicious. If anyone thinks that leaving out the sauteed onion will produce the same results, think again. The flavor that the sauteed onion imparts is just delicious. Make sure and chop the onion very, very small, so you're not chomping into a big piece of onion, and cook until it's nice and soft. Long review just to say it is definitely a keeper.

This was very good and fresh tasting. I didn't use quite as much lemon juice as called for but used the zest of an entire lemon and about 1 1/4 tsp of lemon pepper. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly.

I love lemon flavored recipes and when I saw Paula and Bobby making this on tv, it looked so good I made it the next night. They are right; it goes great with seafood. I made some pesto marinated shrimp that I sauteed in a skillet for a few minutes and served over the Linguine. My bf said it was so good, it tasted like restaurant food. Thanks Paula!

Followed just as the recipe calls for and it was wonderful!!
It amazes me that people put reviews on here when they add things in like shrimp and then give a bad review by saying the shrimp were "too fishy"....well the recipe didnt call for it and thats not Paula's fault....people really...come on. Give a review that actually means something!!

This dish was delicious. I paired it with a fried chicken breast for a complete meal. It was so easy to make and my entire family loved it.
