    I made this pie it is the best tasting pie I have made in a long time thank you Paula for the great job you do I watch you all the time on the weekends or at night if I am able. Also I enjoy when your sons are on with you.

    I read the reviews prior to choosing a recipe to try for the first time. I absolutely loved how easy this recipe was and how my pie turned out. I took advice from another review, which was to add an additional egg yolk and I cooked about 12 mins. It turned out wonderful.

    I took thought this would be quick & easy compaired to what I usually do, but the filling was some what sweeter then I like, not very lemonly tasting and runny, even when chilled it still didn't set right. I'll stick to using my lemon jiuce & cornstarch method - sorry Paula

    Great recipe for a simple but tasty lemon meringue pie. The pie has to be put in the oven for about twenty minutes before the meringue is put on. Make sure the filling is really hot when you put the meringue on it so the bottom of the meringue is cooked. I double the meringue recipe and use 3/4 of it. I also add a little yellow food coloring for a better color. A great pie that everyone loves.

    This lemon meringue is excellent but please heed this word of advice. You must chill the pie so that it can set properly before cutting. I'm not sure why this was not included in the instructions.

    I perfected the recipe by adding an extra egg, cooking the lemon mixture over low heat for a few minutes, and adding vanilla extract to the meringue.

    my 4 year old grandson help me make this for christmas dinner at a very close friends house it was very easy and delious everyone who loved lemon pie loved it I many ask if i would share my recipe of course i did let them know it was paula's

    Absolutely Wonderful! Being an amateur baker, but needing to impress my special friend, this is one of the easiest and tastiest recipe next to my moms. I even impressed myself! My special friend and I are in Lemon Meringue Heaven! You know the ole saying , "the way to a man's heart is through his stomach", well with your help this man is a goner! Thank you so much Paula and please keep these recipes coming!

    this pie was excellent. the only thing was that the meringue was harder to make then expected. Over all the pie was perfect. it had the taste and everything I was looking for in a lemon meringue pie. to make the pie look more yellow all you have to do is add more zest, its more tart that way too.

    ONE WORD IS ALL IT TAKES!! AWFUL!!!! ALMOST HAD TO RUN OUT OF THE HOUSE VOMITING IT WAS SO BAD!!! NO JOKE!!!!!! I WAS GAGGING AS SOON AS I SLICED INTO IT!!!! SOOOOO RUNNY!!! WARNING TOO ALL!!!

    This pie is too sweet, too runny and doesn't have the lemon flavor that we are used to with a traditional lemon meringue pie. Sorry Paula - this was a strike and a miss!
