I liked this pie because of the flavor first and it was so simple and fast to make.
The lemon was smooth and creamy. I had unexpected guests and make this for dessert.
Simple,smooth and tastes great.

I have searched high and low for a recipe for lemon meringue pie that contained sweetened condensed milk. The mother of a friend used to make it for him before she had a stroke and he hadn't had it for years. I couldn't believe I found it here! I made it for him and it made him cry because it was just like her's....PERFECT!
