I loved this salad!!! It is super easy and I transformed it to fit our Paleo diet by adding mackerel and sunflower seeds for crunch. I also added a little Cajun seasoning just to spice it up. Thank you, Paula and Bobby!!!

What a nice alternative to ordinary coleslaw...sweet, salty, tangy, lemony. Delicious!

Nice change to our usual coleslaw dressing. My husband didn't care for the raisins and I'll leave them out next time (and increase the onions but we all liked the lemony dressing. Nice and creamy after sitting in the fridge 5 hours to chill.
