Love it, Paula. Thank you. I used small shrimp b/c I think they are sweeter and easier to clean than the bigger ones. We skipped the bell pepper and water chestnuts. Still delish. Definitely only serves 2 in our house. Big grins, Two North Carolina Ladies.

We loved this recipe! It does not serve 6. Tonight it served 2 : I used 1/2 veg. oil and 1/2 sesame oil and added some crushed red pepper for alittle heat. I soaked my 1/2 head of lettuce in ice water and drained it to make it extra crisp. I only wish I had leftovers for lunch!

I loved this recipe! I live in Texas, and for mid-July this is a light but fufilling dinner. I actually had everything in my pantry/fridge for this, I added a jalapeno and had to pick up ice burg lettuce. I didn't have time to marinate, so I threw everything in a pan and topped off the lettuce wraps with a bit of teryaki sauce. This is a keeper!!

I just found recipe about four days ago and I've made it twice already. Very and tasty...reminds me of the PF Chang's Lettuce wraps.

I'm used to Paula making amazing dishes with butter and mayo, but this was AMAZING without either of those things! I didn't have green onion, so I just used a regular yellow onion and I added cilantro. I served with eggrolls. This was tasty and fabulous!

This recipe is easy to make and is great for a summer lunch on the weekend. Be careful with the ginger, I overdid it the first time and it really overpowered the other flavors and took away from the light, citrus taste of the dish.

This is absolutely my favorite Paula recipe. My family requests it all the time. I mix 1 tsp of cornstarch w/the final tablespoon of soy sauce to thicken it. IT ROCKS!

My mom and I just loved this light and healthy dish. I was surprised how easy it was and how great it tasted. I will make this often.

I used this for a jewelry party, and I varied it to cut the amount of shrimp as not all were seafood fans. I mixed cream cheese, sour cream and garlic and spread some on the lettuce before adding the marinated shrimp. Even my non-seafood ladies tried it and loved it! This added some bulk as I used less shrimp as I had a lot of leaves! Great idea and nice change! The marinade has wonderful flavor.
