This was delicious!! But for meat I used wild hog and deer sausage and there were no leftovers! This is definitely an addition to our household menu.

I did everything the recipe calls for except I used Ricotta cheese instead of Cottage Cheese. I made this on mother's Day for my husband to try and he loved it along with me! The only thing we didn't really like were the huge chunks of Tomatoes..May try something different next time, but overall this recipe is our FAVORITE<3.

This is my go to lasagna recipe, everything about it is the best. The sauce is great on its own. Make as it states, no changes.

This recipe is excellent! The first time I tried it, I used the oven-ready noodles but they didn't seem to cook completely. I used regular noodles the second time and used ricotta cheese instead of the cottage cheese. I used oregano, pepper and light salt to "season" the ricotta and it came out perfect! I cut back on the salt usage because of all the meat and I occasionally add mini pepperoni. It has definitely become one of my family's favorite meals :

Bland not at all special. She uses far more cheese on her video than the recipe called for. I served it to a group of people and they all agreed that they has lasagna recipes that were better. The oven ready noodles turned to tasteless mush. Not one of Paula's best.

Disappointed, based on the other reviews. Found this to be very ordinary and bland...much too salty. Family was not impressed either. Paula has many recipes I love, but this one didn't work for me.

Excellent! The sauce is so delicious. I used hot Italian sausage with the ground chuck and it was really, really good! I used ricotta vs. cottage cheese and also added salt, pepper, oregano and basil to the ricotta mixture to add a little more flavor. I also used regular lasagna noodles. Boiled them for 8 mins then rinsed them with cold water to stop the cooking and drizzled a little olive oil on them to keep them from sticking until I was ready to use them. This really is a great lasagna recipe. Will be my go-to from now on! Thanks Paula!
