I have always been intimidated by the steps of making lasagna, but after seeing Paula make this, I had to try it. It was so delicious with the perfect amount of meat and cheese. I invited friends over, and we all enjoyed it so much! It says it makes 4 servings, but six of us had plenty. I would DEFINITELY recommend trying this easy, fun, and tasty recipe.

I LOVE lasagna but have never made it. This recipe looked good and easy so I made myself make it. A few tips. You don't need to add the salt, it's already salty enough. I crushed 2 large garlic cloves into the sauce rather than the meat. Used ricotta rather than cottage cheese. Also, I used some cheddar as it needed more cheese. Highly recommend using a jar sauce and pour half of bottle over lasagna and on the sides before cooking, otherwise you could come out with a dry lasagna. Made the sauce a day ahead of time and the flavors intensified over night. Had to cook mine for one hour and 15 minutes. Everybody loved it!!!!

The best lasagne, according to my wife, we have ever had. I substituted ground turkey and turkey sausage and it was outstanding. Easy to prepare - excellent flavor.

I add MORE CHEESE to everything I make and this was no different. It was the first time I've worked with uncooked pasta sheets and oooo, how much easier it is to work with than sticky cooked pasta; it made spreading the cottage cheese mixture a breeze. I've also reduced this recipe to 1/3 and made it in a loaf pan. The oven ready pasta sheets are the perfect size to use one sheet per layer and its the perfect dinner for 2 with leftovers for lunch....this one is definitely a RE-DO

My husband and I loved this dish. The sausage adds alot of flavor. I did find that it neede quite a bit more seasoning, but all in all it's a great recipe.

Tried this recipe the other day and it was a hit! Even my picky 4 year old son asked for seconds! I substituted the ground sirloin with lean ground turkey but followed everything else to a T and it turned out great! Thanks Paula!

This was the best lasagna I have ever eaten. I made this for my family, everyone loved it. Even my son who is very picky. The recipe was easy to follow and tastes GREAT. No more store bought Lasagna for this family.

This was really good and meaty, and had a nice flavor. I loved the ready to go noodles that saves so much time.

I made this for my very first time and it came out perfect. As a matter of fact whenever I make spaghetti I will always make my sauce instead of buying it.

This recipe was wonderful and so easy to make!
I served this for Christmas Eve dinner and it was a big hit!
I made more than enough to even freeze a small 8 x8 pyrex for another wintery evening, here in cold Michigan!
I also added some extra sauce with it as i did not want it to go dry, and that worked great!
If you get the time, make this dish!
You will LOVE IT!
Happy New Year!
