Best lasagna recipe I have tried. I like to use hot turkey sausage in the sauce!

Truly awesome! My very picky (and a good cook in his own right boyfriend raved about this.. I'm always afraid of disappointing him with my new recipe "finds"-do not be afraid of this one! I changed it a bit (to accommodate his request for a "wet" lasagne by adding a jar of TJs tomato/basil marinara, but this recipe is fantastic!! Lots of great flavors!! Thank you Paula!!

My new go-to recipe for lasagna. I only use 1 lb of the ground beef, no Italian sausage. Tastes so fresh and good. Sometimes I add green peppers but the recipe is fine without it.

This recipe is amazing and easy-I think the hardest part was getting all of the meat crumbled evenly in the pan! I used 1.3 lbs of ground turkey, 1 lb. of mild ground sausage, and 1 lb. of ground beef. I added a can of diced tomatoes because I was a little nervous about the no cook noodles. I tried to chop them even more, they ended up being a little hard in the actual recipe:(. I had no parsley, not even dried parsley, but it was ok. I used about another 3 oz. of parmesan and some sliced mozzarella in addition to the shredded mozzarella. I added a few shakes of red pepper flakes since I used mild sausage. It came out really well and I'll definitely make again.

This is the BEST lasagna!! It's even better the second day so sometimes we make this the day before, cook it, then just reheat it in the oven. Delicious!! I always follow the ingredients and directions exactly as stated and it's the best!

I was totally missing the creamy cheese layers. It seemed like the cottage cheese just disappeared. Next time I'll add in an additional 15 oz. container of ricotta. This is a great classic recipe that will be my go to for lasagna.

I made this recipe. THEN, I ordered the lasagna at a top Italian restaurant in my city who is said to serve the best lasagna EVER. Paula's recipe, in comparison to this restaurant's lasagna, won over BIG. Thanks for this, it is DELICIOUS!!!
