This was the first time I've made lasagna in years and it turned out perfect the first time. My husband absolutely loved it. Will definitely make again. I substituted the oven ready lasagna with whole wheat lasagna and precooked them. They really held up well. I had to use hamburger instead of chuck as my grocery did not have chuck. Yummy!

I'm not big on meat in my lasagna, but I have to say this was delicious! I did use just under 1 pound ground chuck and that was plenty. The family loved it. Very easy and very little to clean up. The only substitution was, I used 1 teaspoon onion powder instead of the onion. I'm not big on onions!! Highly recommend!!

This is a very meaty dish. My family loved it but my 15 year old son wanted more cheese and less meat. I liked it's consistency - not runny at all. Would definitely make again.

First I tried the lasagna. We all LOVED it so much, the kids wanted it the next night and that has NEVER happened before. The meat sauce alone is so awesome that I have made sloppy joes, over country style biscuits for deep dish pizza and also for spaghetti sauce. Being quick and easy and such a hit with my family, I use it all the time. You're the very BEST, Paula. Thank you so much again.

I made this recipe for some very picky eaters---children : and everyone LOVED it! This lasagna was quite the hit and being requested over and over on a regular basis. The flavors and texture were wonderful. When Paula sends us "Best Dishes from my kitchen to yours" she wasn't kidding with this recipe. THANK YOU PAULA!!!
