I have never made homeade lasagna before. When I made this I have to say it exceeded my expectations!! It tasted so good! I used ricotta cheese in place of the cottage and I forgot to sprinkle the mozz cheese on top of the ricotta layers, but it still came out wonderful! Thanks to Paula I can never fail making something delicious!

I prepared this lasagna for Galveston County Judge Jim Yarbrough and his staff. They absolutely loved it! Said it was the best darn lasagna they had ever tasted. I must confess though, I also made your Zesty Roasted Garlic Bread ( it was the bomb too! and I put a little of the butter spread into the different layers of the lasagna and boy! was it great!! Gave it just a little bit more to remember us by... Anyways, I just wanted to say, "Thanks to you and this recipe, I was able to show appreciation to someone who did the right thing when it would have been easier not to."

I have made many lasagna's and somehow they never come out right. This one came out right the 1st time and everytime after and everyone loved it. It is simple and delisious.

My husband loved it. The addition of the italian sausage gave it a zing. This lasagna was also very thick. My lasagna was always runny but this held together wonderfully. My only con is that is was a smidge to big for the 13x9x2 dish; I could have used another inch!

It was easy to prepare. It has a great flavor. And it gets better the next day. I made this Lasagna on a Wednesday and thursday it tasted great. And friday I had a piece for lunch and it was even better! Hands down the best ever Lasagna! My whole family loved it!

I made this lasagna (with the garlic bread recipe from this episode this past weekend and all my family could say was "MMMM". It was so good no one talked until after they finished eating. Thanks for sharing this recipe Paula!!!!

mama mia this was good. easier than my husbands recipe which he simmers the sauce all day. at least as good as his(if not better
