I must say... I love LOVE Paula...and I am just starting to cook in general and this recipe was simple to follow and the results were amazing. My boyfriend was impressed and thought I "worked" hard in the kitchen. Can't wait to make it again!

This is one delicious lasagna and is fairly easy to prepare. However, if you substitute ricotta for the cottage cheese, it comes out even better.

I made this for dinner and it was really good. I did substitute a couple of ingredients for lower fat options (veggie parmesan and mozzarella and fat free cottage cheese and it was still delicious. I also ran a little low on the cheese filling, but had enough tomato sauce.
Oh, and this says it serves four... that is completely ridiculous. I cut it into 6 very large pieces, and 8 would be reasonable portions.

I have never used the no-boil noodles before, but I am certainly not going to use anything but them from now on. I fed a crew of 11 and even the little kids ate it up. I added a couple cans of mushrooms and a chopped bell pepper, and it made a wonderful dish. The Cheddar Garlic Biscuits are a wonderful addition too.

This was so easy to make and so good. I used ground beef instead of the ground chuck and Italian sausage and it was still very good. Another hit for Paula.

It was very easy to make .. not alot of time was spent on it ... I have made lasagna in the past .. but this recipe BLEW my family away ... My husband and 2 boys had 2 helpings ... and ate some of the leftovers for supper the next day ... They are asking when I am going to make it again .. I give this a 10 ...
