This was my first time making lasagna and I decided to try this recipe because it looked tasty and easy enough to follow. I loved it! I am very happy with the results, my teenage son will be the final judge but I am sure it will get a 10.
I did substitute the cottage chage for ricotta cheese and the servings are very generous and definitely more than 4. This is a keeper for me.

This was easy and delish! I used Ricotta instead of cottage cheese, and mixed dried parsley in... just because that's what I had. I will definatly use this recipe for life.

OMG!!!! I was a little hesitant at first just due to the prep time and not normally cooking with some of the herbs but WOW I was blown away my whole family LOVES this recipe. Also the Sauce could and willl double for spaghetti

Paula, everything you touch turns to delicious! : I like this Lasagna recipe because it reminds me of the Lasagna I grew up eating. I recreated this recipe while incorporating some freeze dried ingredients. The result was wonderful and I was able to cut my prep time in half. You can view it at my cooking blog. I actually tried making this dish today for my mom, uncle, sister and her husband and I was quite proud of myself after seeing them go for large portions of seconds! I made a pan larger than used in this recipe so I came up a bit short on some ingredients, but thank God they couldn't tell! LOL. Anyhow, thanks Paula for this. Will definitely try this again in the future! I did leave the garlic out being that I'm allergic to it, but the lasagna still tasted great!
