Paula's recipes are great when she stays away from all that sugar and those convenience products.

being from the lowcountry beaufort s.c. where frogmore is located. this dish is one of the locals favorite. except frogmore stew has no potatoes. we believe the yankees added potatoes so the wouldn't have to buy so much shrimp. just giving ya'll a hard time.!!! thanks Paula for sharing our southern recipes.

Zataran's is the best seasoning. We use spicy sausage like chorizo and also add onions and lemons cut in half at the beginning. We also add Crab with the shrimp at the end.YUM!!!

Great summer recipe when you have a crowd to feed. Couldn't be easier: the hardest part is waiting for the water to boil.
