Fixed the Low Country Cookies for a church bake sale. They were rich and delicious (I sampled one. Yummy! They sold fast! And Education now has more money to spend on supplies for Sunday School. Thank you!

These cookies were as Paula would say it"out of this world". I tried these cookies for my pastors wife reception. I added cream cheese to the topping it was wonderful. Thank you Paula so very much for this recipe.

I usually love all of the recipes I get from foodnetwork.com, and since this recipe was listed as one of the most popular this week, I decided to try it. However, I was disappointed with this one. I love pecans, coconut, and graham crackers so I was sure that I would love these cookies, but it just did not turn out quite right. I will not give up though, I will try to make it one more time...maybe it was me!

Loved them, but they were really sweet and the tops seperated on quite a few. I'd make them again, but try to find a less sweet alternative.

    Hi my name is Daryl
I made these cookies for my family last week when you aired them. They went through them in less than an hour. Now I am cooking them for my wives friends at her job. I change the recipe in the icing by using fluffy white icing,1 8oz package of cream cheese 1 to 2 tablespoons of vanilla.
