I just had to make these cookies. I watched Paula make them?they not only looked easy to make, but with the great ingredients, I just knew they would be delicious. They lacked flavor. All you get is ?sugar attack!? The icing should have been made with cream cheese instead of butter?would have given more flavor. Maybe some chocolate added to the mixture! I was really disappointed, but rather than toss, I took the cookies to my office where they did not receive rave reviews! Don?t bother making these!

I am consistantly happy with Paula Deen's recipes and this one is very very good. I followed the recipe and my husband and I have almost eaten the whole batch this weekend! Next time I may experiment with chocolate chips!!

A friend gave me this receipe last week & I couldn't wait to try it. All ingredients were on hand - so I "whipped it up". Absolutely the best! Not too rich and taste sooooooo good with a cup of coffee.

This has to be the BEST bar cookie recipe EVER! Paula really outdid herself. Everyone who has tasted these loves them and can't believe they're made out of graham crackers. My family doesn't like pecans so I left them out and they were still great. I am going to try using another nut next time I make them just for variety.

They are so easy, and so quick. You don't have to dig out the candy thermometer, you don't have to get lots of bowls dirty - just mix and dump over the graham crakers. The inside is flavorful and has such nice texture, and the graham crackers soften up just a touch to make this yummy crust. You have to try this!

I made this cookie for our annual cookie contest, and won the "Tastiest Cookie" category! The only alteration I made was to use a cream cheese icing for the topping. Fantastic!
