Not only were these very easy to prepare, but they were awesome! Even my 85-year-old mom who is very picky said they were the best pork chops I ever made! Very moist and tender!
After the chops were cooked, I removed them from the pan and thickened the sauce with cornstarch.
Way to go, PAULA!

Pork Chops were always my nemesis... but these are "no-fail" winner! Tender and flavorful, even leftovers are fabulous.

a wonderful recipe. I was very pleased. I dd however brine the pork chops for an hour to be sure that they woudn't dry out. This recipe is fantastic and easy!

This was a delicious dish! I served the pork chops and gravy over brown rice I cooked in some chicken broth. I reserved 1/2 cup of the chicken stock and wisked in 2 tablespoons of flour and added that into the pan with about 10 minutes of cooking left to thicken the gravy. I'm a lite eater and I devoured my entire plate. My boyfriend loved it too. This was EASY EASY EASY and the result was great. Great for a quick after work meal because you can slice everything up that morning and toss it together when you come home and have plenty of time to get other things done while it simmers away and makes the house smell amazing!

My pork chops came out a bit dry, but I did only simmer them for 45 minutes, so perhaps it was my error. Next time I might brine them anyway. I thickened the sauce at the end with a bit of flour whisked into a small amount of the hot sauce, and added cayenne, salt, and pepper because I felt it was missing something. I didn't care for the Worcestershire sauce in the recipe and I'd leave it out next time. Otherwise, I thought it was a great, hearty dish.

I made these for dinner last night and they came out great! added some chopped tomatoes and chili powder to the pepper/onion saute for a little something extra as well... the broth didn't thicken as much as I would've liked so might tinker with that a little next time but all in all a great recipe!
