Best pork chops I have ever made. My husband and I both LOVED them...we actually went back for seconds. They were full of flavor and very tender. I can't think of a better pork chop recipe...I will be making these for years to come!

...we are heart-healthy here, and we have a vegetable garden, so I used our peppers, mushrooms, onions, and shallots (instead of garlic, olive oil instead of butter, no flour, no salt (but pepper!, and rosemary, parsley, and thyme that we grow. I added Low-Fat Pierogis in the last 10 minutes of cooking. My husband said he could eat this every single day! Thanks, Paula, for the inspiration!

I thought these were great, and my husband really liked them, too. Easy and delicious. Mashed potatoes and corn on the side. Will definately be using this recipe to perk up my regular boring pork chops!

These pork chops are wonderful! Fast and easy to cook. Today I tried this recipe and used chicken instead of prok chops. I did everything the same and they were just as wonderful as the pork chops. Paula you must try it with the chicken too. It is also "to die for". Or as we say in my family, "Makes you want to slap your mother".

The pork chops were very tender (we used boneless chops and the flavor was outstanding! I may try Cajun seasoning instead of the Cayenne next time, and may add mushrooms to the veggie medley, but it's great as is, too! Definitely a winner!

This was the best pork chop recipe that i have tried yet. The pork chops were tasty and fork tender. I paired them with some rice and briccoli with cheese.

I love to cook...and I live in Florida! If your pork chops are dry its because you are cooking them too long. Make sure u simmer them. Simmer meaning very low heat. If you have them up too high they will become dry. This recipe is very good and my pork chops came out great!

My sister made this for me and I thought I died and went to heaven. The chops were so tender, moist and flavorful. I read some of the other reviews and Cindy from St. Petersburg, FL needs to try again she must have done something wrong, too bad, cause it is a keeper!! Maybe she didn't use the right cut of pork chop.

Great to simmer on the stove while you prepare the rest of dinner. Just remember to use a large, deep skillet.

As a newly wed, I am trying new recipes and trying to be more advanced in the kitchen. I have never made pork chops before and this recipe made me look like a pro! Best meal I have ever made!!!
