Awesome. Light but flavorful, super moist. My uber-picky (pizza only 13-year-old son gobbled up every bite!

Made this for dinner last night. It is going to become one of our staple meals. I served it with mashed sweet potato and the combo was amazing!!! The only variation I used was to add a little bit of corn starch mixed in non-fat milk to thicken the sauce in the end. Fabulous and easy!!!

The chops were fork tender, cayene pepper brought great flavor, onions had a tender sweetness and the leftover juice from the pan made an incredible gravy for the mashed potato's I made for the side....definatly a do over the this family! By the way we are using the leftover gravy for buscuits in the morning.

This dinner was excellent!!! I used a red and yellow pepper instead of the green peppers. I also took the chops, peppers and onions out at then end and mixed in 1 cup of chicken stock and flour to make a wonderful gravy! I served it with mashed potatoes and my husband couldn't stop raving on how wonderful this dinner was! I cannot wait to make it again!!!
