    this is the best pork chop I have found or created. Just my husband and me so
    we had leftovers. It was even better reheated for lunch the next day. My husband
    ask when can we have this again. I will keep this recipe to make sure I make it
    just as the recipe instructs. So easy and satisfying. Served with the mashed
    potatoes yum yum. Thanks Paula to you and your friend for sharing this with us.

    This was a hit. I had a lot of broth with pieces of onion and peppers left in the pan. I used my stick blender and it became a delicious soup that my husband wants me to repeat.

    Very delicious. pork chops were so moist. simple recipe with great results. i cooked it exactly how the recipe called. next time im gonna try it with chicken breasts. thanks for a new family favorite.

    Tender, flavorful-and easy to do. Everyone loved it, and it is now a staple in my kitchen. The recipe works as well with chicken. Not to mention, it makes the whole house smell incredible.

    We just tried this recipe with pork steaks and loved it. My husband does not like bell peppers so I used green beans instead and added 1/2 a packet of onion soup mix to the broth. We will be making it again.

    I wanted to make this for about a week before I actually did. My honey is not fond of pork chops but when I made this recipe, he loved it! It was soooo tender and very tasteful. I highly recommend this recipe at least just once.
