    This recipe is delicious and simple. I added a bit more cayenne pepper and worch. sauce. I did like others and made gravy and served over wild rice with roasted asparagus. Wonderful on a rainy night!

    I thought this was a delicious meal. I checked it after 35 minutes and unfortunatly the vegetables were getting VERY close to mushy. I suggest a shorter cook time. Im thankful I checked it when I did. I also removed the pork chops at the end and added a flour and milk slurry to thicken the sauce. It was very delicious served over rice.

    What's up with the price of pork chops these days?? Great taste but miss the crunch of fried. Love your show. Tell Bubbles hello. Packers are winning 31-25 in fourth quarter.
