I added a little white wine and served them on top of white rice. MAN they were good.

I swear that these are the best pork chops that I have ever tasted! They were very tender and the onions and peppers with it was amazing! Yummm!

Tried this dish for the first time this week. Wonderfully scrumptious. This recipe just joined my repetoire. I'll be preparing it again, soon.

These were the best pork chops I've ever made. The flavors were outstanding and the dish was super easy to make. Yum yum. The only thing I did differently was not simmer for forty-five minutes. I stopped after twenty-five just to check on them and they were done perfectly. I'm always wary of pork chops since they seem to get overcooked easily.

Based on the comments, I thought that this pork dish would be a home run! Unfortunately, It was a miss. Although I followed the directions to a "T"-- the pork was dry, the liquid did not evaporate or thicken, and the veggies were simmered down to mush. I will never subject my family to this dish again. I actually felt bad feeding it to them :(

I have to say, I was skeptical when I saw this recipe, but it looked easy enough for a quick weeknight meal. We LICKED the pot clean! I agree that you could thicken up the gravy once they have finished cooking (especially if you're serving with mashed potatoes but I served them with wild rice, so it wasn't necessary. When I read this recipe, I noticed that it was sent in by a viewer and had never been tried by Paula's crew or by her on the show. If this is true, they SHOULD definitely feature it on one of the shows. It would surely be a hit. Try it, ya'll! :

OMG!!! These pork chops were soooo good! My husband and I could not stop eating them. I will definitely add these pork chops to my menu. I made mashed potatoes and green beans as sides and everything was delicious!! Or as my husband said PHENOMENAL!!!!

I made it with Pork Tenderloin Medallions - less cooking time and was absolutely delicious! took everything out of the skillet and added a little flour to the "juces" and thickened it up before adding everything back in and it was great - husband gave it 2 thumbs up!!!
