This is my new fav macaroni salad. I added just a pinch of hatch green chili, it gave it a punch. Love it and make it all the time now. Thanks Paula!

Very easy recipe to follow and the kids loved it! I would add shrimp or bits of ham next time.

My kids aren't big fans of macaroni salads that we buy at the store but they absolutely loved this recipe. Perfect blend of crunchiness and creaminess with great flavor. I substituted spicy brown mustard instead of regular yellow mustard for some added kick. I also added some cooked bacon bits which turned out quite well. Thanks Paula!!

My sister said it was the best macaroni salad she ever ate. We are foodies, as well. Only thing I omitted were the pimentos. Otherwise for me, just perfect with a great balance of CREAMY and CRUNCHY. Was tasty. Perfect for a BBQ or summer holiday.

This is classic macaroni salad that is so wonderful. It is great with barbecue or anything from the grill. I use half fat free greek yogurt and half mayo to lighten things up a little. You may not need all the dressing- just depends on how coated you like this. It is good for a few days after it's made too.

This is the base of the traditional classic soul food macaroni salad. Follow Deen's recipe but add sweet relish, cayenne pepper and red onions (that have been presoaked. If you want to have it as a meal to itself, throw in tuna or shrimp. Enjoy!!!

This is great like all Paula's creations. I have made this for years except I use a little different dressing. I use the same amount of mayo as the recipe calls for and I mix in a softened pack of cream cheese 8oz. It makes the perfect salad ever. I also cube up an 8oz. block of sharp cheddar and mix it in with all the rest of the goodies. That is an old way to make macaroni salad and it is the best. Try it, it is great.
