My husband is very picky,he would eat spagetti every night.I made this and he loves it.Also i grew up in Louisiana cooking cajun ,creole alot,he grew up eating tv dinners and Chef Boyardee.He doesn't like any thing cajun I didn't tell him i subsituted creole mustard.Thanks Paula.There's an added plus w/veggies.

This macaroni salad recipe was a little disappointing only because it is a Paula Deen recipe. I have made several of her recipes and they are consistely very good! However, this salad was dry. I like a pretty saucy/wet macaroni salad and this fell short. The flavor was good, though and I think that making extra dressing would make for a good salad.

This was so easy to make and was a hit at my recent BBQ! People who normally don't cook were even asking for the recipe! I used fat free mayonnaise to cut down on the calories and no one could tell the difference! I also added slightly more seasoning (house seasoning and lemon pepper than indicated to make up for "missing" flavor from the fat free mayonnaise and added cayenne pepper for a little kick and color. The next time I make this dish I will use red bell peppers instead of green for more color.

I love this macaroni salad. I crave it all year long! It is delicious and fresh. My kids that are under 4 adore this macaroni salad and could eat it for days! Thanks Paula!

This is exactly the macaroni salad that I remember but I wanted to be sure of the ingredients and the amounts. It was a total hit for dinner last nite and their is enough left over for dinner tomorrow nite with the brisket.

I was going to type the same as Fabulous!! I never had good marcaroni salad... I absolutely love this one and so do my friends and family. This is on my done looking for a good macaroni salad recipe. Thanks for sharing Best to you and your family
