Delicious! Our guests and family devoured the entire pan of these great nachos. I substituted salsa for chili. Great for entertaining.

Hi everyone, I've made these nachos many times since paula introduced them a couple of years ago. I've always thought of writing a review, but never made an effort to do it. well here it goes.As a latina,I've made many nacho recipes.I entertain lots. And let me tell you,Ms. Paula Deans are the bomb! she uses two types of beans that I never thought would taste good together, but they do!the part of the recipe that asks for refried beans,I use homemade beans that I make,or buy from small taco shops.they're delicious, and make the recipe even better! I don't like the can tasting refried beans, but the chili beans are fine.ok, there ya go I wrote a review for her outstanding nachos that I've been wanting to do for a long time.Adios!

I make these nachos every year during football season and they are always a huge hit! The only thing that I do differently is sometimes I do not add the jalapenos because some people do not like them (for some odd reason. These are definitely the best nachos ever!!!!!
