i made these nachos for a christmas eve party. they were devoured as soon as they came out of the oven. I had one child come up to me and say they were the best nachos he had ever had !!!! i will certainly be making these for superbowl.

Great tasting nachos. The only drawback is they have to be eaten right away. Not that great after 30 minutes...

wonderful, they taste like the ones i make at home except easier and healthier because i opted for the baked chips inseted of my own fried chips. i cant get enough of this tasty yet simple receipe. comes to show great food does not need to have a lot of ingredients or complicated to be great!

Made this last night as an appetizer. I used half of everything since i was only making it for 2 people and all the other reviews said it was alot of food. I am THE WORST cook. I could burn water, honestly. BUT my bf said they were so good they tasted like they should've been served at a restaurant. These nachos get 5 stars for boosting my ego :]

to the person who said " If you need Paula's guidance in building nachos, then you need to be watching How To Boil Water."...well, lol that was a little harsh, I mean you looked at the recipe ...Anyhow, I am a wonderful cook, but am always interested in looking at "different" ways and methods of cooking...These were very tasty...I chose to just make up a spicy ground beef instead of the chili, since I used the refried beans, but other than that..YUM! TY Paula, you are truly a genuine, nice, woman who is a joy to watch!!!
