Amazing restaurant style dish. I just left mine in the pan I stuck it in the oven in. I got about two layers worth. I also added in some ground beef in addition to the chilli because we're big meat eaters. Served it at a get together we had for the NFL draft and had no leftovers the next day.

I have used beef and shredded chicken. Very easy and fun to build to suit for everyone. I reccommend cooking a little longer so the bottom nachos have texture.

This recipe is good but the chips get soggy no matter what you do when working with ground beef. Cook some chicken, slice & use instead of taco meat & refried beans... The nacho chips stay crisp because there is less moisture. Chicken is healthier as well.
