If you have any leftover you can put it into a plastic container and ref.The next day you can mirowave and heat it up. The chips will be like soft and will caputure the favor of the onions and spices.I added olives to mine and those favors were great. It is a real winner at my house the first day or as leftovers.

This was really good but it was alot of topping for the chips to carry. My family were in shock over the huge tray of nachos I made. I also combined mashed pinto beans leftover with a can of refried beans to liven up the flavor.

My family loves this recipe!! I have 4 kids, and it was easy for me to stand back and watch them create!! Wonderful idea!

My husband and I made this together! We loved it and so did the kids! Perfect for any sports or any occasion. I also make nachos, but never thought to stack it like this then put in oven.
