I read the other reviews before making these cookies and decided to make them as the recipe was written. They really do have a great, rich, peanut buttery flavor and once in your mouth, the "mouth feel" is good. However, they need either a bit of flour or maybe another egg to bind them better as they completely fall apart once they cool.

I have been making these for years. I think crunchy all natural peanut butter works best. I use 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips, and a 1 cup of white sugar. I also use 1/4 cup of flour, or enough to roll them into balls. I then put cross marks on the top of each cookie with a fork, and sprinkle them with a little more sugar. I cook them at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

I've been making these for years only with real sugar. They won a first place in our county fair by my daughter Renee when she was nine--now 26. Yummy! My husbands favorite. I have to hide them.

The cookies tasted fine, however they were pretty dry and crumbly. I may make it again becuase I am on a low carb, high cal diet. These cookies are not nearly as good as real peanut butter cookies, don't let the others fool you.

How easy can it get? Quick & easy. Don't overbake for a moist cookie. I added 1/2 cup of old fashioned oat meal.

These are really tasty and healthy cookies. I have been making them all the time and no one knows they are any healthier than other peanutbutter cookies. Paula, please create more deserts with Splenda!
