I made these cookies tonight for my husband who is a diabetic. He and I agree these cookies are magical. I made the cookies with Splenda for Baking and there was no "after taste" I baked the cookies for 12 minutes and allowed them to cool a few minutes before removing them from the cookie sheet. Instead of dipping the tines of the fork into more Splenda, I sprayed the tines with cooking spray to make the cross-marks. I did not sprinkle the cookies with additonal Splenda. Wonderful cookie and will make again. Thanks, Paula.

I found the cookie a little dry, but maybe I overcooked (didn't cook it for the full amount. Flavor was good but just a little dry for my taste.

I used skippy lowfat chunkie peanut butter and splenda for baking and my family and friends loved these cookies. Some of my friends are on weight watchers and really loved these little treats.

These were delicious! I might even lower the amount of Splenda for Baking next time.

I have been making these cookies for over 25 years. I got the recipe from my best friend who now live in San Diego, CA and she got it from her mother. My family thinks they are the best peanut butter cookies and so do I.

These are extremely easy to make. I've been making the same recipe for years, using regular sugar instead of sugar substitute and they've always been in high demand. I've recently had to lower my sugar intake and was thrilled when I saw Paula make these on her show. I made them, using the recommended Splenda, and was very disappointed in the results. I can handle the aftertaste, but the texture leaves much to be desired. They are very dry and don't hold together well at all. Since it's normally a fantastic cookie, I'll have to fiddle with it some to try to get chewier results.
