I have two small children and I try to limit their sugar intake whenever possible. This recipe does that and to top it off they didn't even notice! Thanks Paula! R.Oshea

As a diabetic and peanut butter lover, Paula has hit grand slam home run with this recipe. Very easy to make and taste just like grandma use to make me 30 years ago.

I was anxious to try these since I'm always looking for low carb recipes. They were so dry and crumbly they fell apart and were hard to swallow. Definitely would not make again.

Made it the first time according to the receipe. Thought it was way too sweet.
Used 1 cup of the Splenda the next time and it was better. Think I will try it with 3/4 cup of the Splenda.

I made these cookies with half splenda and half sugar because I accidentally bought the mixed bag and they came out very good. I have to admit, I was very skeptical. I will try next time with all splenda.

These cookies were so simple that it is almost unbelievable! I used real sugar and they tasted just like peanut butter fudge. Instead of cooking for 12 minutes, I cooked them for 9 and let them cool on the pan for 3 minutes before placing on a cooling rack. This is an easy treat to make for parties or with children. Thanks Paula!

I have been waiting for a way to try the Splenda - although the cookies came out awesome, looked and smelled like the real thing - be careful of the aftertaste that comes w/ splenda! I will try again, but with real sugar -the absence of flour alone is worth it if it works!

I thought these were great! I cooked it a little longer than called for - could have been because I used my toaster oven and temp may not be as accurate. But delicious!!! Next time I'll try putting in some carob chips! Extremely easy to put together! Did not miss the flour at all!

We did not like because we thought they
    needed flour.

Paula you came up with a winner. These little cookies are just great. I do think the homemade ones are better but who can turn down these..my husband says they are heavenly. So easy. A shame not to bake them and they don't have all the bad stuff in them. Total winner. Thanks Paula..
