    I watched you make these on TV....looked simple..I've baked for 50 yrs and this was not a simple recipe! Ruined the first half of the batch. Finally tried using my silpat, which worked better than greased foil. Will not make these again.

    These cookies are very rich. I think next time I make them I'll use a little less shortening. But they're good overall.

    This recipe is absolutely delicious and my family went absolutely crazy for it! We are huge fans of Paula's cooking and baking recipes. I keep a file for just her's. We love ya Paula!

    These cookies are the most fantastic cookies you could ever eat. They are a little bit of work but believe me well worth it. I make these for any cookie swap that I have to go to and they are the first cookie that is gone. Once again, Paula, you have done it!!!
