This was a wonderful combination of flavors. I did substitute sweet white onion for red since that was what I had on hand and I used more jalapeño to suit my families taste. Using the lettuce leafs to hold the mixture was tasty but MESSY!! Not a date night meal. I will be making this again but I think I may use soft corn tortillas next time.

Update: The culinary team has added onion to the method as seen below.

Combine the mango, tomatoes, onions, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice in a medium mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.

maybe I missed something but what to do with the onion? and for those of us who do not like heat.... leaving out the jalepeno will make this a fabulous dish!!

Talk about tasty! These were so flavorful but not one flavor was overpowering another - all of these flavors worked together nicely! These were so easy to make and I used regular taco shells as well and added some guacomole and these turned out lovely! Will make these again!

I bought some fresh Mahi Mahi at the store. When I got in the kitchen, I had two goals: 1. Eat it cold and 2. Lots of flavor. This was a success! It was very easy to prepare and loaded with an abundance of flavors. I added 2 jalapenos because 1/2 of one was undetectable to my taste buds. The extra heat also played nicely with the sweetness of the mango. I did not have tomatoes in the fridge so I substituted red bell pepper. I also added the juice of one orange for extra punch. It definitely yields more than just two servings -- or maybe I just had more mahi mahi than the recipe called for.

These were awesome! Will definatly make them again. I followed the directions to a tee and my husband and daughter loved them. We had them on corn tortillas because I didn't make anything else to go with them.

I don't typically like fish, but this was really good. I seeded the tomatoes so it wouldn't be slimy. I will definitely make this again.

This recipe is Amazing. I dont like fish at all and I still loved it! I would recommend it anytime. I did add a few thing like pineapple,a whole hass avacodo, and I also did a mix of mahi mahi and tilapia. Delicious!!! I absolutly will be making this for parties this summer!
