    To die for!! I thought this looked like it would taste good and it seemed super healthy. Went way beyond my expectations though! I LOVE this recipe. It is delightfully tastey -- a celebration of flavor in my mouth. Great combination of textures and flavors. I didn't even think about how healthy it was, I was enjoying it so much. Quick and easy to make.

    This makes way more than 2 servings.
    It was a super simple recipe...minimal cooking and a lot of quick dicing. Just goes to show you the right pairing of fresh ingredients don't need a lot of work to make something amazing!!

    yummy...I will be making this again and again!!

    Big hit at a recent barbecue, different and nice and light. Strongly recommend making the salsa in advance - time consuming! Delicious, but suggest more mango and less onion. The jalapenos could be cut a bit, just a bit - I like spicy, and this had heat.
    love the idea of putting it on a salad, it was a little messy to eat as a lettuce wrap, but tasted great with the lettuce.

    I added a half of can of pineapple and only 1 lime. I put it on top of a salad instead of making wraps. Had the salad already made. Great summer dish and will make again. Also will make the salsa to take to a party. EASY

    This is such a wonderful recipie! I thought it was very flavorful and refreshing. I love recipies where there aren't a huge list of ingredients. This one has that covered and it's healthy! You've gotta try for yourself!!

    ON THE FISH:- I used tilapia instead because I had no mahi, but I think mahi would have been better as it is a better fish and meatier. Definitely make sure to salt and pepper before and salt and pepper after its cooked!
    ON THE SALSA: - I used two limes like it called for but thought you could use less lime juice as it was wattery. I used 1/2 a mango, chopped, and the same amount of pineapple and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING THIS! It added a needed punch.
    ON THE WRAP: I used romaine lettuce hearts which did the job but I think butter lettuce may be better.
    ~~~ Definitely skip the JALAPENOS if you are feeding someone who doesn't like spicy. Even a little bit chopped really does make it spicy. You cannot sneak it in!!
    BOTTOM LINE: I will make again as it was a healthy dish with enough flavor to it (which i always look for but I wouldn't say I would ever 'crave' them.
    My husband and I enjoyed this recipe. I cooked the onions because we do not like them raw. I will definitely make this again.
    My college age daughter and I made this with pineapple (per another person's suggestion as my husband doesn't care for mango so we decided to tweak this recipe a bit. We also used 1 plum tomato, half of a red onion and as it is winter here, we don't have access to a grill so we pan fried it in olive oil - it was fantastic! This recipe makes all of your taste buds wake up and say "woohooo!"! And for those of you who feel gun shy about the half of a jalapeno - you don't even notice it if you mince it finely!
    I made these wraps tonight and they were delicious! I read all of the reviews and decided to go with one tomato and half of the onion, and I'm glad that I did! I replaced the mango with pineapple, added a bell pepper, and used a whole jalapeno and it turned out amazing! Will be making these again and again! Thanks Paula!!
