I prepared this and was blown away, it is so so delious!! My daughter took some to work, her friends thought it looked good, she shared with them and they loved it. We have made it now several times, the last time we added chopped avocado, but if you do this dice your avacodo squeeze lemon juice over it, and serve in a seperate bowl. then add it to your wrap.

We absolutely loved this recipe, but knowing my boyfriend, I knew I had to make a few changes. To the salsa, I added an avocado and I instead of just a half of a fresh jalape?o, we added the whole thing. Furthermore, I absolutely despise cilantro, so we sub that for parsley, and it was wonderful.
The only comment I would make is that with butter lettuce, the wraps were just too small. I think next time I make this recipe, and there will be a next time, I will use a leaf that has more area like large organic romaine or a red leafed lettuce.
Other than a few minor tweaks, it was great. Oh, and btw, there was plenty of salsa left over for a snack with tortilla chips the next day.

I made this dish for my husband and I and we absolutely loved it! I chose to add more tomatoes and avocado and less onion then called for and it came out great....The romaine lettuce added a nice crunch. I loved that the dish wasn't heavy. I felt full afterwards but not stuffed...can't wait to make it again!!

I watched the show where are the avocado's? On the show they had avocado in the recipe, guess this was left out and would be a big mistake. Add 1 avocado, and I think it is a great recipe.

I tried this and it was a big hit, and by changing just a few of the ingredients it becomes a whole new dish, This will become on of my summer favorites.

This was such an easy recipe. The mango salsa was very flavorful and we ended up eating the excess by itself. Only used 1 tomato, 1/4 of an onion, and 1 lime, but added 1 avocado. Delish! I also added a little chipotle spice to the fish when it was grilling.

This was so good! I may have used less red onion and added more jalapeno, but other than that I followed the recipe. I can't wait to make these again! Served with Grilled Corn, Black Bean Cakes and Cilantro Slaw. Awesome!

This was the best new recipe I've tried in a while. Both my boyfriend and I really enjoyed it. This is going to become one of my "regular dishes."

Cheap (if you don't buy all organic ingredients like I did, easy, quick, delicious! If you like avocados, dice one up and throw it in the mix.
