The flavor of the salmon was good, and the salsa was about average. I wouldn't say it's one of Paula's best, but it was worth making once.

Even my husband who doesn't like salmon loved this dish. The fish had a very mild "salmon flavor" yet was full of great tasts from the mariade and salsa. It was easy to make, even for a weeknight. I made the salsa and marinade the night before. Let the salmon soak in the marinade overnight, so everything was ready after work the next day. Just grill the fish, and it was done. Everyone loved it!

the salsa needed some kick up so i added maple syrup and cayenne pepper.
i also wrapped the salmon in banana leaf and baked it in the oven.

This is so good, I'm eating it now and I am so glad I tried it! It was going to be an anniversary dinner for me and my husband, but because it had to marinate I had to make it later. Worth the wait! I did increase the ingredients for the marinade...I doubled them because I the amount of fish I had looked like way too much for that little bit, glad I did that too. Even still, the flavors in the fish were subtle, didn't burst out like I thought, but that's good because with the salsa you don't want it to be overwhelmingly sweet. My hasband is working late tonight and I'm suppposed to save his portion...good thing I have 4 filets, I'm eating 2! Just had salad with it, very light.

Great way to get your family to eat fish. I didn't cook the salsa and it was great, nice and refreshing cold with the warm fish. I used "Soy Vey" teriyaki sauce and it was just right, not too salty. Try this one!

I have decided I just don't like fruit with fish or meat. I was hoping for a recipe to help me enjoy salmon, which I don't like but this just didn't do it for me.

This dish was awful, from the marinade to the salsa. Everyone in my family who loves Salmon begged me not to make this again. The flavors didn't compliment each other at all. Never again Paula!!! Rachel Ray... what do you have for me?
