you can usually find pickled peppers in a jar near the taco items. my husband will not eat tomatoes, any suggestions on what else i could substitute? theres already red peppers in there

This recipe was sooo easy and VERY DELICIOUS!! Everything about it was perfect!! Except.... I should have made more Salmon...we did not have any left overs!!

My daughter loves this! I thought the flavor was a bit mild, but great nonetheless. Doubled the ingredients though because it seemed so little for 4 fish filets. Sauteed the filets because I can't grill in the winter. As to the salsa, I couldn't find pickled jalapeno (any ideasso I just used a fresh one. Probably affected the flavor, but the reviews were great!

Very tasty and easy. I would have liked a little more maple flavor, but the salsa made up for it.

This was the best salmon I've ever eaten or cooked! It was also very easy.
