Very good salad. I made an accompaning relish dish, without the dressing, for the children at our party. I also used the black olives as suggested in another review, which added to the eye appeal.

I LOVE this salad! I don't like lettuce, so I'm always looking for a good, healthy vegetable salad that doesn't have it. I appreciate that the dressing ingredients are already in my kitchen and, in the summertime, almost all of the veggies will come from your garden. Good all year round and keeps in the fridge much longer than a lettuce salad. This is a KEEPER in my kitchen!

This is the first time I had to throw out a Paula Deen recipe. My husband was so excited when we saw it on tv. Bought all the ingredients and made it the next day. GROSS, way to much olive oil. Put it all in the garbage.

Were not huge veggie fans at my house, and when making this i thought the recipe would give way to much for us to eat. But i was wrong! Everybody loved it, even the non-veggie lovers. No leftovers for us!

this salad went great with a pan of lasagna. I also added black olives, changed the white vinegar to red wine vinegar, and added crumbled feta cheese. YYYYUUUUMMMMMMMM!
