I've been making this salad for over a year now, often bring it to Buffets or serve on the deck in the summer. EVERYONE loves it. I always use brown rice though, just to be slightly healthier, and in this dish, noone notices.

Have made this recipe often. It's great for picnics. I put my own spin on it and made it with orzo which was also very tasty. This is one of my favorite recipes from Paula. Thanks Paula!

We would rate this higher than 5 stars. Very easy, extremely tasty, wouldn't change a single thing about it.

Not only was this very easy and quick, but it had great flavor. I am not a big fan of green olive but the amount that went into it was perfect. I will not omit it, but I did add just a bit of celery. The amount it made was good and if you can find your shrimp on sale it is economical, as well.

Very easy to make, but I think I'll use a little less of the Old Bay in the rice water next time. Way too spicy this time. Makes alot!

This is such an easy and tasty recipe that you will stop going out to lunch and start brining your own lunch. This is great for a light lunch or supper as well as can be used as an appetizer for a Summer picnic.
