    This is a quick and good dish. I added a little more mayo than the recipe calls for to make it creamer.

    Cold rice with a twist.

    I fixed this for a party and everyone loved it! I am into vegetables so I added green pepper and celery. For sure a keeper.

    I can't beleive how good this is! We had this along with the Charlston Scallops and our 4 sons ate EVERYTHING! So did my husband who had just had surgery on his mouth. It brought a tear to his eye, he had been so sick of plain food just because it was soft. I also took this to our chuches lunchen, and was asked by just about everyone for the recipe. Thanks!!!

    Loved this recipe. It was easy, economical, and full of flavor. Wouldn't change a thing about it. Perfect to go along with a summer time BBQ.

    My family loved this! Making it today for a party.... replacing the olives with green peppers as the hostess is allergic to olives...

    I tried this recipe for a family get together and everyone loved it. It was so easy to make, but the shrimp and green olives made everyone think it was gourmet. We like to eat it when the rice is still warm, but it's also good out of the refrigerator.
