These cookies are addictive! My mother made them and they are yummy! She added a cup of pecans, and omitted the white chocolate and candy cane.

Delicious!!! And so easy to do... I baked them for Christmas dinner and were a perfect treat, thanks for the recipe, I love the taste of this kind of cookies just out of the oven, warm and chewy :D

These are fantastic! So easy to make. A new holiday tradition. I put my candy canes in the food processor and pulverized them to a fine powder, it worked really well.

After searching the internet for a cookie to bake for our annual cookie exchange, I came across this one. Based on the reviews, I decided to give it a try. Well, I am so glad I did. This cookie is delightful! It is very light and so tasty. Even my pickiest eater couldn't get enough of these. I do want to say that I have not yet dipped them in the chocolate and peppermint, but I'm quite positive that would make them even better. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

I was searching for a new cookie to try this season and saw the episode of Paula & her nephew baking these cookies. While watching the show I thought that dipping the cookies in white chocolate and then candy cane wsa alittle over-the-top for my taste but I read the reviews and decided to bake the cookies and since I ALWAYS follow the directions initially to the "t" before I do any tweeking later, I bought a few candy canes to try it Paula's way. The cookies are absolutely delicious and I drizzled them with a litttle white chocolate and sprinkled very finely crushed candy canes on top. It made the best difference. These cookies are out-of-this-world-good! The little minty crunch on top really makes them delightful. For something new, try these this year - Yummy!

I made these cookies last Christmas and everyone, including me, loved them. I plan to make them again this year. They are so delicate and delicious. I don't plan to dip them this year. I think they are better without the white chocolate.

I made these cookies for the first time as Christmas gifts (2011 to my Aqua Zumba and Aqua Aerobics instructors. They are still raving about them and asked for the recipe. I did change two ingredients: instead of rice cereal, I used Cocoa Puffs Cereal; instead of coconut, I used chopped walnuts. They were moist, decorative/pretty and delicious! Thank you Paula!!!

These cookies are amazing! I made them for Christmas this year and everyone loved them. However I did make a few changes. I did not add coconut. I also did not refrigerate the batter either. When I was finished baking all the cookies I let them rest for awhile, maybe 1-2 hours. Then I dipped them in semi-sweet chocolate and then in the crushed candy canes. I felt the candy canes would look better on the chocolate background and I like chocolate better than white chocolate.
