I didn't think there was a way to make brussel sprouts edible, let alone delicious. This recipe is WONDERFUL. Quick, easy, and will turn brussel sprout haters into brussel sprout lovers!

They were a little different. I guess good for a change. It still did'nt change the husbands mind about the dreaded veggie. I did have high hopes though. Thanks anyway, Stormy in AK.

Just made these again and it's worth mentioning that they are equally good if not slightly more flavourful with beef broth instead of chicken broth.

These brussel sprouts were delicious.I made them for a dinner with friends and they were the hit of the dinner with my husband and friends.Will make this side often.

Brussels sprouts is no longer a bad word! This recipe won family and friends and it wasn't difficult to make. Having a pan big enough to allow the sprouts to brown and turn is the key to great browning. Another "keeper recipe".

I've never made Brussels sprouts for my family and these were quite good. The bacon certainly makes them at least acceptable to the kids!!
