Just made these again and it's worth mentioning that they are equally good if not slightly more flavourful with beef broth instead of chicken broth.

These brussel sprouts were delicious.I made them for a dinner with friends and they were the hit of the dinner with my husband and friends.Will make this side often.

Brussels sprouts is no longer a bad word! This recipe won family and friends and it wasn't difficult to make. Having a pan big enough to allow the sprouts to brown and turn is the key to great browning. Another "keeper recipe".

I've never made Brussels sprouts for my family and these were quite good. The bacon certainly makes them at least acceptable to the kids!!

I LOVED THESE!!! The combination of the butter, garlic and bacon with the sprouts is WONDERFUL. I will never fix sprouts in any other way!!

I have never been a fan of brussels sprouts but I made this recipe last night and enjoyed it. I will definitely make this again.

I thought these were very good. The key is to really carmelize the cut side of the sprouts. I cooked my bacon in the oven and used olive oil instead of the butter and bacon grease. Will continue to make.
(I also think it would be delicious to use white wine in lieu of chicken broth. I will try it next time!

Very good! I usually am not a fan of brussel sprouts but, I will definitely make these brussel sprouts over and over.
