My son, the chef, who is not a fan of Brussels Sprouts, was not enthusiastic when I told him it was on last night's menu, but all of us loved this new take on the "baby cabbages". The melding of flavors gave the sprouts a nutty flavor; it's a winner!

A surprisingly different way to prepare brussels sprouts. What a nice way to add a vegetable that is not often considered to be a family favorite. This recipe even won over my biggest critics.
