    flavor was good but texture was gooey. the flour tortillas ended up as dough. affected taste also.

    I really like this recipe because it is very tasty and because you can add in your own touches and modification. I used a blend of cheese and instead of cream of chicken I used onion soup.

    Very delicious! However, its is more like "mexican chicken pot pie" instead of a mexican chicken cassarole. As per the other reviews I also made the following changes to enchance the flavor:

    Rotel - Diced Tomatoes and Chili
    Trader Joes' - Organic Black Beans - Drained
    Trader Joes' - Mixed Shredded Mexican Cheese (YUM
    Rotiserrie Chicken - From Sam's Club

    It was PERFECT!! It wasn't messy. Easy to cut and delicious!!!
