Sooooo amazing!!!!! I added green onions and cilantro to the chicken mixture and substituted canned tomatoes with peppers. I also added some olives and extra shredded cheese to each layer. Absolutely delicious! I love you Paula!

We have "Taco Tuesdays" at our house and ALWAYS have leftovers. When I saw Paula make this dish and then read the reviews I knew this would be a great way to use my Taco Tuesday leftovers. I too omitted the mushroom soup and used diced tomatoes with chilies, the pie pan idea was perfect, I used a deep dish pan. I also used the enchilada sauce in between the layers and used Mexican blend cheese for the top. When it came out of the oven I used all my leftover toppings from the taco's - diced onion, shredded lettuce and chopped black olives to top it with - the family loved it! Thanks Paula for the recipes and Thank you to all the reviewers, your reviews really make it easy to change the recipe to fit our tastes and make the dish perfect the FIRST time.

This dish was awesome and very simple to make. I did make some modifications to the recipe. I did not add the tomatoes. I substitued the cream of mushroom with the salsa con Queso medium. It was soooooooooo good. Thanks for sharing your kitchen with us. I absolutely love you.
